Exclusivity Trips
A group trip, booked and paid for in one place.

Exclusivity Trips runs all-inclusive group trips to the Caribbean from New York. It needed more than a brochure: one place where every traveller can choose a suite, book, pay and come back to pay what’s left, and where the team can see every booking and every payment.
What we built
- A trip page that sells the trip: the dates, what’s included, and every suite with its price per person, marked as each one sells out.
- Booking in four steps: your details, your suite and how many share it, your travellers and roommates, then payment.
- Card checkout through Stripe, with a deposit to hold a place.
- Manage your booking: travellers come back to see their booking, check their balance and pay what’s left.
- Emails that send themselves: confirmations, receipts and payment reminders, in the trip’s own look.
- A rooming list built from the roommates travellers name across separate bookings.
- An admin portal for the team: every booking and payment, the balances still owed, a countdown to the final payment date, one-click payment reminders, an Excel export that keeps itself up to date, and the site’s analytics, behind two-step sign-in.
- Daily backups of every booking.
- And the rest of the site: a gallery of past trips, travel insurance, a blog and terms.
How it looks
Navy, gold and cream, with a script heading over serif text. It feels like the resort, not a booking engine.
Built with
Next.js for the site, a Node.js server for bookings and payments, Stripe for checkout and Mailgun for email.
